Advisory Council Rights

Section 755 Section 755.410  Advisory Council Rights a)         ITAC shall serve notice of all filings, reports or other information pertaining to ITAP provided to the Commission on the chairperson of the Advisory Council. b)         Upon receipt of complaints concerning this program, ITAC shall inform the recipient that if he/she remains dissatisfied in his/her dispute, the recipient may contact the Advisory Council. ITAC shall provide the recipient with the name, telephone number and business address of a designated member  of the Advisory Council and inform the recipient that the Advisory Council may be able to aid the recipient in his/her dispute.
