Section 755 Section 755.525  Waiver of Requirements of Section 755.500 The Commission shall grant a waiver of any requirements of Section 755.500 if the verified petition filed under that Section states that: a)         ITAC is unable to obtain the statement required under Section 755.500(a)(4) if the requirements are adhered to; b)         the reasons stated by the independent certified public accountant why the statement cannot be provided if the rule is adhered to; and c)         the alternate projections or underlying assumptions used by ITAC so that the independent certified public accountant is able to provide the statement required by Section 755.500(a)(4).
