LEC Filing Requirements
Section 757.250 LEC Filing Requirements
Each LEC shall complete Exhibit A and file an original of this report
with the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission within 30 days after
the end of each calendar quarter. Any LEC seeking administrative cost
reimbursement shall complete Exhibit B and file an original of this report with
the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission within 30 days after the
end of each calendar year.
