Administrative Law Judge's Proposed Decision

Section 763 Section 763.420  Administrative Law Judge's Proposed Decision In a contested case, the Administrative Law Judge presiding shall prepare a proposed decision, including a statement of findings and conclusions and the reasons or basis therefor, on all material issues.  The proposed decision shall be served by the Chief Clerk of the Commission on all parties to the proceeding.
