Section 771 Section 771.220  Certified Access Line Provider's Maintenance of Records Each certificated access line provider shall maintain a database that includes, at a minimum, the following information regarding services provided to certificated and non-certificated pay telephone providers: a)         The telephone number and demarcation point or location of each pay telephone line; and b)         The billed party's name, address and telephone number.
