Section 772.40
Identification of Information Providers
The telecommunications
carrier of any pay-per-call telephone information service must provide
to
the customer at no charge,
upon verbal or written request, the name, address
and
customer service
telephone number of the actual provider of
information service
[815 ILCS 520/10]. This information shall be provided
within 10 days after the initial request.
