Deposits

Section 772 Section 772.70  Deposits Deposit requests by the local exchange carrier, as set forth in 83 Ill. Adm. Code 735, shall not include pay-per-call charges.  Non-payment of pay-per-call charges shall not be a cause to request a deposit.
