Section 780 Section 780.30  Compliance with Statute a)         Pursuant to Section 4 of the Act a telephone company shall be considered to be in substantial compliance with this Part if the telephone company has supplied the landowner with copies of Appendix A and Appendix B and has supplied, in writing, the information specified in Section 780.20(f)(2) at least 14 days prior to initiating formal action before the Commission or a court. b)         Section 4 of the Act states that failure to provide such notice or information shall not constitute a waiver of the rights granted in this Section .  For purposes of this Part, "such notice" will be construed as the notice required by Section 780.20(b).
