Section 790.450 Reporting
Requirements under Subpart D
Each LEC shall file reports with
the Commission on March 1 of every year providing the following information as
known on December 31 of the previous year:
a) Entities
using expanded interconnection in the service areas of the LEC; and
b) The
location at which each interconnection occurs.
