TITLE 86: REVENUE CHAPTER II: PROPERTY TAX APPEAL BOARD PART 1910 PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR APPEALS BEFORE THE PROPERTY TAX APPEAL BOARD SECTION 1910.79 POLICY ON DISCOVERY Section 1910.79  Policy on Discovery a)         It is the policy of the Property Tax Appeal Board to obtain full disclosure of all relevant and material facts prior to hearing. b)         It is the policy of the Board to encourage voluntary exchange by the parties of all relevant and material facts prior to hearing through the use of requests for documents and information.  When less formal procedures have proven to be unsuccessful, formal discovery by means available under this Part will be allowed.
