Section 3000.616 Cashing-In
A holder of an Owner's License
shall comply with all federal and State regulations for the withholding of
taxes from winnings and/or the filing of Currency Transaction Reports. The
patron shall produce an identification card confirming information required by
these forms, prior to the disbursement of winnings.
