Section 102 TITLE 89: SOCIAL SERVICES CHAPTER I: DEPARTMENT OF HEALTHCARE AND FAMILY SERVICES SUBCHAPTER a: GENERAL PROVISIONS PART 102 RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES SECTION 102.90 VOLUNTARY REPAYMENT OF ASSISTANCE Section 102.90  Voluntary Repayment of Assistance a)         A recipient or former recipient of assistance may voluntarily repay all or part of the assistance provided. b)         A responsible relative or other person may, in behalf of a recipient or former recipient, repay all or part of the assistance provided.
