Section 113 Section 113.30  Age a)         There is no age requirement for Aid to the Aged, Blind or Disabled (Blind) (AABD(B)) and Aid to the Aged, Blind or Disabled (Disabled) (AABD(D)). b)         An individual must be 65 year of age or older to qualify for Aid to the Aged, Blind or Disabled (Aged) (AABD(A)).
