Non-payment of Premium

Section 125 Section 125.330  Non-payment of Premium a)         All Kids Health Plan participants will have a grace period through the end of the month following the coverage month to pay the premium. b)         Failure to pay the full monthly premium by the last day of the grace period will result in termination of coverage. c)         Partial premium payments will not be refunded. d)         Collection action will be initiated by the Department to collect unpaid premiums.
