Enrollment Fee

Section 126.40  Enrollment Fee To participate in the program, an approved applicant must pay an amount determined by the Director of HFS upon enrollment and annually thereafter (Section 35(a) of the Act).  The Director may, in his or her discretion, reduce the annual enrollment fee of $10 based upon actual administrative costs.  The Department shall establish, maintain and account for annual enrollment fees in the Illinois Prescription Drug Discount Program Fund.
