Selection by Director

Section 1300 Section 1300.340  Selection by Director After considering the recommendations of the Committee, the Director of the State Agency shall select a vendor to provide Child Care Services.  Such selection shall be based on the criteria contained in Section 1300.320 and shall also include consideration of the recommendation of the Committee.
