Section 130 Section 130.120  Program Administration a)         The Local Initiative Fund is administered by the Department through contracts with public and private non-profit agencies that provide social services to people who are elderly, people with developmental disabilities, neglected children and adults, people with physical disabilities, offenders and ex-offenders, victims of domestic violence and other low-income individuals. b)         Public and private non-profit service providers are subject to the supervision of the Department for the management of the Donated Funds Initiative program.
