Section 140.436 Limitations on Advanced Practice Registered
Nurse Services
The following will not be reimbursed, unless specifically
authorized by rule during a Public Health Emergency:
a) Nursing
services provided in the role of physician assistant;
b) Mileage
to and from place of service;
c) Consultations
between APRNs or between an APRN and a physician; or
d) Group
psychotherapy or telepsychiatry.
