Certification

Section 143 Section 143.500  Certification An MCCN that meets the requirements of this Part is deemed to be certified by the Department as a risk bearing entity solely for the purpose of meeting the requirements of a Medicaid Managed Care Organization as defined in Section 1903(m) of the Social Security Act and the Department may enter into a contract with such certified MCCN.
