General Description

Section 146.500  General Description The Alternative Health Care Delivery Act [210 ILCS 3/35] establishes an alternative health care delivery model, the Children's Community-Based Health Care Center.  This Subpart sets forth the conditions that a Children's Community-Based Health Care Center must meet in order to participate in the Medical Assistance Program and outlines the services provided by a Children's Community-Based Health Care Center for which the Department will provide reimbursement.
