Section 146.520 Participation
Requirements
To participate in the Medical
Assistance Program, a Children's Community-Based Health Care Center must, in
addition to any other Department requirements, be:
a) licensed by the Illinois Department of
Public Health pursuant to 77 Ill. Adm. Code 260; and
b) enrolled for participation in the Medical
Assistance Program in accordance with 89 Ill. Adm. Code 140.11.
