Section 146.560  Individuals Eligible for Services Provided in a Children's Community-Based Health Care Center The Department shall pay for services provided by a Children's Community-Based Health Care Center under this Subpart D to children eligible under the Medical Assistance Program or the Illinois Home and Community-Based Services Waiver for Medically Fragile, Technology Dependent Children who are 20 years of age and younger and who have been determined by the Department to have a medical need for in-home nursing care pursuant to 89 Ill. Adm. Code 120.530.
