Section 147 Section 147.300  Payment to Nursing Facilities Serving Persons with Mental Illness a)         Reimbursement rates for nursing facilities (ICF and SNF) for program costs associated with the delivery of psychiatric rehabilitation services to residents with mental illness will remain at the level in effect on January 1, 2001, except as may otherwise be provided by 305 ILCS 5/5-5.4 and 89 Ill. Adm. Code 153. b)         Payment for services provided by nursing facilities for residents who have a primary diagnosis of mental illness will be dependent upon the facility meeting all criteria specified in 77 Ill. Adm. Code 300.4000 through 300.4090.
