Status Conference

Section 230.460  Status Conference a)         The Hearing Officer may schedule status conferences to consider and decide issues that will aid in the disposition of the hearing. b)         The Hearing Officer may consolidate matters in the interest of convenience whenever it can be done without prejudicing either party. c)         The Hearing Officer may facilitate the exchange of discovery among the parties before the hearing.
