Section 280 Section 280.50  Definitions "Department" means the Illinois Department on Aging. "Program Plan" means a detailed explanation of the types of service(s) the project shall provide, the methods by which services may or may not be considered for residency, and a listing of client rights including provision for contracts, liability insurance and discharge procedures. "Project" means a location participating in the Community Based Residential Facilities Demonstration Project.
