Care in a Medical/Psychiatric Facility

Section 301 Section 301.110  Care in a Medical/Psychiatric Facility Care in a medical or psychiatric facility is provided for: a)         children who require long term care on an ongoing basis in an intermediate or skilled nursing care facility because of a severe physical or mental disability. b)         children who require acute or long term care on an ongoing basis because of a severe emotional handicap.
