Discharge from the Tuition and Fee Waiver Program

TITLE 89: SOCIAL SERVICES CHAPTER III: DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES SUBCHAPTER a: SERVICE DELIVERY PART 312 DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM SECTION 312.210 DISCHARGE FROM THE TUITION AND FEE WAIVER PROGRAM Section 312.210  Discharge from the Tuition and Fee Waiver Program Recipients will be discharged from the Tuition and Fee Waiver Program for any of the following reasons: a)         Completion of five years in the Tuition and Fee Waiver Program; b)         Failure to continue to work toward graduation and completion of a certificate or degree program as set forth in Section 312.110; or c)         Dismissal from recipient's college or university for disciplinary reasons.
