Discharge from the Apprenticeship Incentive Program

TITLE 89: SOCIAL SERVICES CHAPTER III: DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES SUBCHAPTER a: SERVICE DELIVERY PART 312 DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM SECTION 312.260 DISCHARGE FROM THE APPRENTICESHIP INCENTIVE PROGRAM Section 312.260  Discharge from the Apprenticeship Incentive Program Recipients will be discharged from the Apprenticeship Incentive Program for any of the following reasons: a)         Completion of five years in the Apprenticeship Incentive Program; b)         Failure to make satisfactory progress towards completing the apprenticeship, as set forth in Section 312.250; or c)         Dismissal from the apprenticeship program due to disciplinary reasons.
