Section 312 TITLE 89: SOCIAL SERVICES CHAPTER III: DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES SUBCHAPTER a: SERVICE DELIVERY PART 312 DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM SECTION 312.40 SCHOLARSHIP AND FEE WAIVER PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Section 312.40  Scholarship and Fee Waiver Program Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for the Scholarship and Fee Waiver Program, applicants must: a)         Meet the definition of a youth for whom the Department is legally responsible, or an adopted youth, or a youth in private guardianship, as those terms are defined in Section 312.20; and b)         Have earned a high school diploma from an accredited institution or a State of Illinois High School Diploma or have met the State criteria for high school graduation, or passed all segments of the GED and earned a certificate of high school equivalency before the start of the school year for which the applicant is applying for the scholarship and waiver.
