Section 315.150 Revising the
Service Plan
The service plan shall be
reviewed and revised, if necessary:
a) when the current permanency goal is no longer appropriate;
b) when the current service plan does not address the child's or
family's needs;
c) prior to each administrative or regular case review;
d) prior to each permanency hearing; and
e) when there are substantial changes in the family's
circumstances.
