Section 334 TITLE 89: SOCIAL SERVICES CHAPTER III: DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES SUBCHAPTER b: PROGRAM AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT PART 334 ADMINISTRATION AND FUNDING OF COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES TO YOUTH SECTION 334.10 AREAS WITHOUT DESIGNATED LOCAL BOARDS OR LOCAL SERVICE SYSTEMS Section 334.10  Areas Without Designated Local Boards or Local Service Systems In those areas where pursuant to Section 334.9 of this Part, the Department does not designate a local board or local service system, or where no application for designation as a local board or local service system is received, the Department may provide services identified in 89 Ill. Adm. Code 310, Delivery of Youth Services Funded by the Department of Children and Family Services, based on the availability of funds and service resources.
