Safe-Keeping and Investment of Funds

Section 353 Section 353.9  Safe-Keeping and Investment of Funds Monies received from issuing agencies will be deposited in no-cost, interest bearing savings accounts in appropriate financial institutions.  Interest earned on the account shall be credited by the Department to that child.
