Department and Employee Liability

Section 362 Section 362.6  Department and Employee Liability a)         The Department is not obligating itself to any liability in the event bail is forfeited when money from the bail fund is made available to the child. b)         No Department employee is authorized to sign as surety for any child served by the Department and shall not be personally liable if bail is forfeited.
