Notices of Department Decisions
Section 383.135 Notices of Department Decisions
The following types of notices shall be hand delivered to
the licensees, with a certificate of delivery, or sent to the licensees by
certified mail, return receipt requested:
a) the Department's
notice of intent issued per Section 383.85;
b) notice
of an administrative hearing; and
c) notice
of the final administrative decision.
