Grounds to Revoke, Refuse to Renew, or Refuse to Issue Full License

Section 383.75  Grounds to Revoke, Refuse to Renew, or Refuse to Issue Full License a)         The Department may initiate proceedings to revoke a license, to refuse to renew a license, or to refuse to issue full license to the holder of a permit in accordance with Sections 8 and 8.1 of the Child Care Act when grounds exist.  (See Appendix A.) b)         The Department shall initiate proceedings to revoke a license within 10 working days after issuing an administrative order of closure.
