Severability of This Part

Section 402 Section 402.30  Severability of This Part If any court of competent jurisdiction finds that any rules, clause, phrase, or provision of this Part is unconstitutional or invalid for any reason whatsoever, this finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Part.
