Health Requirements for Staff and Volunteers

Section 403 Section 403.22  Health Requirements for Staff and Volunteers a)         All child care and support staff shall have an initial medical examination which provides evidence that they are free of communicable diseases, including active tuberculosis or physical and mental conditions which affect their ability to perform assigned duties. b)         Child care and support staff shall be reexamined at least every two years.  Reports of the examination shall be maintained by the supervising child welfare agency.
