Purpose

Section 405 Section 405.1  Purpose a)         The purpose of this Part is to prescribe the standards for licensure as a day care agency and to describe how to apply for a license. b)         The licensing standards set forth in this Part are applicable to day care agencies as defined in the Child Care Act of 1969.
