Staff Examining Day Care Homes

Section 405 Section 405.11  Staff Examining Day Care Homes a)         All staff who have responsibility for examining day care homes for purposes of licensure must pass an examination administered by the Department demonstrating familiarity with the Child Care Act of 1969, as amended, and 89 Ill. Adm. Code 406:  Licensing Standards for Day Care Homes. b)         Staff responsible for examining day care homes shall have as a minimum a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university plus at least two years experience in working in a children's program such as a nursery school, kindergarten, licensed day care center or child welfare service program.
