Section 411 Section 411.620  Tools and Equipment a)         The facility shall develop a written plan governing the control, inventory, storage, and use of tools and culinary, medical, and security equipment. The plan shall limit hazardous tool access to staff only. b)         The level of authority required for access to and use of tools and equipment shall be specified.
