TITLE 89: SOCIAL SERVICES CHAPTER III: DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES SUBCHAPTER f: GENERAL ADMINISTRATION PART 413 LICENSING STANDARDS FOR HOST HOMES SECTION 413.190 EMERGENCY CARE OF CHILDREN Section 413.190  Emergency Care of Children In the case of an emergency requiring the absence of the host home parent from the host home, the host home parent shall notify the CCBYS agency.  The CCBYS agency shall immediately notify DHS and DHS shall determine if appropriate arrangements need to be made for the care of the host home child.
