TITLE 89: SOCIAL SERVICES CHAPTER III: DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES SUBCHAPTER f: GENERAL ADMINISTRATION PART 413 LICENSING STANDARDS FOR HOST HOMES SECTION 413.210 CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION Section 413.210  Confidentiality of Information All personal or identifying information concerning a host home child, including but not limited to, the child's background, the child's family, and the identity and location of all other persons or families with whom the child has been, or will be placed, shall be treated as confidential by all persons involved with the host home child.
