TITLE 89: SOCIAL SERVICES CHAPTER III: DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES PART 415 RELATIVE HOME CERTIFICATION SECTION 415.130 REVIEW OF PAYMENTS AND CERTIFICATION STANDARDS Section 415.130  Review of Payments and Certification Standards In accordance with section 471(a)(11) of the Social Security Act [42 U.S.C. 671], the Department must review the following, every three years: a)         The amount of the payments made for foster care maintenance to assure the payments' continued appropriateness, and that the amount made to a certified relative home is the same as the amount that would have been made if the child was placed in a licensed non-relative foster family home; b)         The amount of the payments made for adoption assistance to assure the payments' continued appropriateness; and c)         The certification standards for certified relative homes.
