Section 338 Section 338.120  Rules of Evidence a)         All evidence helpful in determining these questions, including oral and written reports, may be relied upon to the extent of its probative value, even though not competent under the common law or statutory rules of evidence. b)         All Department licensing records and investigatory files shall be admissible to prove the matters contained within the record or investigatory file.
