Purpose
Section 361
Section 361.1 Purpose
The purpose of these rules is to
describe the requirements which counties must meet after the effective date of
this Part in order to make placements under Section 5-7 of the Juvenile Court
Act and to be reimbursed for placements made under Sections 3-3 and 5-7 of the
Juvenile Court Act.
