Section 515.140 Terms of
Membership
a)
All
members shall be appointed for staggered
terms
of 3 years.
b)
Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term. Members
shall serve until their successors are appointed and qualified.
c)
No member, except for the representative of the Client
Assistance Program,
shall serve for more than 2 full terms
