Section 515 Section 515.600  Advisory Council on Spinal Cord and Head Injuries The Advisory Council on Spinal Cord and Head Injuries is hereby established, and is to be maintained by DHS-ORS, for the purpose of making recommendations to the governor for developing and administering a State plan to provide services for spinal cord and head injured persons.
