Section 590 TITLE 89: SOCIAL SERVICES CHAPTER IV: DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES SUBCHAPTER b: VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION PART 590 SERVICES SECTION 590.330 SERVICES AND GOODS NOT AVAILABLE Section 590.330  Services and Goods not Available DHS-DRS shall not provide funding for the following, under this Part: a)         cash for establishing a business; b)         purchase of any real property; c)         remodeling of a building or facility that is non-essential to the operation of the business; d)         purchase of a vehicle requiring licensure for street use; e)         purchase of accounts receivable or business "goodwill"; f)         tax bonds; g)         reimbursement for sales tax, interest or service charges; h)         funds to pay wages for employees; i)          funds to obtain patents or any associated costs; and j)          funds to develop and produce prototype products or any associated costs.
