Kidney Transplant and Related Services

Section 590 Section 590.150  Kidney Transplant and Related Services Pursuant to the provisions of 89 Ill. Adm. 590.20, and with supporting documentation from the customer's physician, DHS-DRS shall provide kidney transplant, dialysis and artificial kidney services to a customer diagnosed as having end stage renal failure when information contained in the customer's case record indicates the customer's prognosis for returning to gainful employment is good.
