Treatment
Section 590.85 Treatment
a) DHS-DRS
may pay for treatment (e.g., doctor's office visits, therapy, surgery)
necessary to cure or stabilize a condition in accordance with the customer's
IPE.
b) DHS-DRS
shall not pay for ongoing treatment except as a support service to the
substantial service on the IPE and then only until completion of that
substantial service.
